First time drawing in photoshop!


I have to say, I am happy with the result of my work. I drew this at university under the guidance of my professor. Everyone drew a dwarf and even though mine is of course not as good looking as the one of my professor, I am still satisfied. I had a lot of fun, and while there are still many things that could be better (like the shadow on the wall), I think that for the first time seriously drawing something in Photoshop, it went quite well.

    The most spectatacular thing is the way you breathed life into this creature. This is stunning! He looks so much alive - especially with his eyes - that´s creepy. Like he was halfway coming out to take you from your screen to some unnamed place of ... well, anybody might decide this for themself! So, while it might not be perfect as a whole, the impression of a real living dwarf on the lookout is absolutely catching. My, that´s a haunting expression on this face, for sure! Maybe especially catchy for female viewers ...
